Beacon5 was founded by a group of professionals in the vacation ownership industry. The focus in that business has always been customer service, because once the dream is sold someone also has to make the dream come true. Through the years of experience in this industry, the founders discovered a lack of knowledge about the customers’ desires and expectations and saw an opportunity for growth in the enterprise feedback management field. Basic surveys were the most common tool to gain insight. Beacon5 was created to offer the most cost efficient platform from which to gather, analyze, and manage data. While not only offering cutting edge survey technology to engage the customer and the most user friendly dashboard on the market, Beacon5 extended the realm of understanding the customer to include social media monitoring and engagement.
