Alerts

Based on your predetermined criteria, a low score on a survey question will automatically be flagged and appear on your dashboard. Notifications are sent to the designated people responsible for resolving the issue. Alerts are tracked and updated with an aging report, which gives a timeline from first alert to resolution.

Not only can you view the most recent comments about your company over the major social networks, but now you can respond to the customers directly through your dashboard. We make it possible for you to post a comment on your FaceBook Fan Page or your Twitter account without ever having to leave the Beacon5 website.
